Project Management

If your project becomes real, it often become a problem managing the admin and many moving parts of production alongside actually just making your work. Project management takes the distraction of administration out of your hands and allows you time and space to create, with the confidence that everything will come together. 

From liaising with galleries and fabricators to setting up production and install schedules, I can project manage anywhere from full time, in house contract based work, to simple regular remote check-ins.

I am happy to help realise and discuss ideas with free initial consultations, even if the project is just at the “doodle on a napkin” phase, we can look at the viability of scale, construction, safety and budget.

• Design and fitout gallery/studio spaces to fit most budgets.
• Build plinths and stages.
• Advise you on storage, workflow, and lighting design for your space.
• Manage specialist trades where necessary (electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers etc)
