Sharpen/Erode [2017]

Performance consists of endurance live streams in which two flat river stones are ground against each other, smoothing and flattening both stones, eroding away the stones until they can be used as functional sharpening stones, or ultimately wear away. The mediation of the live stream plays on the perception of time, looking at how patience and attention change in digital spaces.
